Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are free of any alterations, stains, or odors.
Ship Items Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or bring it to one of our physical store locations.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
