We recommend referring to our comprehensive size guide which includes instructions on measuring your chest, overarm, and waist. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest ordering the larger size to allow for professional tailoring.
What is your return policy for formal wear?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items that have been altered or tailored are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, D&K Suit City ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of your order.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Are your suits sold as sets or separates?
Most of our suits are sold as a 'set' with a pre-configured 'drop' (the difference between jacket and trouser size). However, we do offer a selection of suit separates for customers who require different sizes for their jacket and pants.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
